Virtual Design Process

So how does this work exactly? After you purchase your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your Google Meet video call. Once you’ve selected the day/time that works best for you, you’ll receive a calendar invitation that you’ll want to accept. When it’s time for the call, revisit your confirmation email and you’ll click on the large blue button saying "Join with Google Meet".

FAQ

  • We can tackle general floor plan conundrums, color palette ideas, sourcing of specific items (although we can likely only tackle 3-4 per call). The range of questions Jourdan has answered in these calls over the years really has a wild range, so no question is a bad question!!

  • It’s really up to what you’d like to get out of the call. You can show your space over video, put together a presentation with photos and/or links to walk through over screen-share, or simply write a list of questions and then take notes.

  • We might not, depending on the scale of your project and number of questions you have. Jourdan will be efficient and effective in her responses, but booking a second or third call is perfect for sessions that need more time.

  • Yep! Years of sourcing products for design projects has given her a wide knowledge base of pieces on the market that anyone can purchase. Jourdan sources retail for these calls, but if you’re interested in custom pieces/vintage/her larger-scale design services, she’s always open to learning more!
